About Serele

 

Hi! I’m Serele Katz, a Certified Coach and Breathwork Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals and families live with greater clarity, calm, and connection.

My passion is guiding people through real transformation: developing confidence, navigating challenges, and creating lasting inner change.

With a foundation in family wellness and years of experience integrating mindful presence, communication tools, and nervous-system regulation, I support clients in building lives that feel grounded and purposeful.

I’ve also had the privilege of collaborating with inspiring leaders, including Rabbi Ezra Max, and appearing on the Mini Vessel podcast with Fally Klein, where we explored healing and growth through awareness.

My Coaching Approach 

  

My coaching is warm, structured, and results-oriented. I help clients identify patterns, set goals, and take clear, achievable steps toward a more connected and empowered life.

 Some of the transformations my clients have experienced include: 

  • Rebuilding confidence to hold down and excel in a job after struggling to do so. 
  • Learning to communicate effectively and build meaningful relationships — resulting in stronger family ties, new friendships, and successful dating experiences. 
  • Gaining tools to navigate crisis and manage stress, emerging calmer and more resilient. 
  • Developing the clarity and focus to set goals and follow through, both personally and professionally.

Each coaching journey is unique, but the outcome is consistent: deeper self-awareness, stronger relationships, and a renewed sense of peace and purpose.

Breathwork: A Separate Path to Healing

 

While coaching focuses on mindset, strategy, and personal growth, breathwork offers a completely different pathway — one rooted in the body’s wisdom. 

Through guided sessions, I help clients use breath as a tool to: 

  • Calm the nervous system and release tension.
  • Reconnect with inner stillness and presence.
  • Create space for emotional healing and clarity.

Many clients choose to combine coaching and breathwork over time, but each modality can stand alone as a powerful practice for transformation and well-being.
